    Pulls Payment Data

  • The payment data is automatically pulled from the company’s ERP AI and is displayed in the Cash Application dashboard page. ​

    • Generates Smart Matches

  • AIOPS.D™ generates invoice matches for each incoming payment with a partially applied, unapplied or unidentified status along with a ‘match confidence’ percentage. ​

    • Review Smart Matches

  • Admin reviews the list of payments that require processing. ​
    If any payment requires manual intervention, admin can navigate to the specific payment number that requires action to review the details of the match ​

    • Select the Best Match

  • Admin can review the match and select the one with the highest confidence level.​In case of no match, AIOPS.D™ matches the payment with the most potential invoice based on historical context and matching drivers. ​

    • Apply Smart Match

  • Once admin is confident in the payment to invoice match, he can click on ‘Apply Smart Match’ which allows AIOPS.D™ to push the new clearing details automatically to the payment in the ERP.​​
