    Process Steps

    Invoice Received

  • All invoices go to a central mailbox where AIOPS.D™ can extract key data and attributes​

    • Invoice Data Extraction

  • AIOPS.D™ extracts invoice data and maps values against fields that standardize data formatting. For any data missing on the invoice, ML predicts best fit value based on the organization’s master data and historical transactions

    • Submit Invoice for Review

  • First level reviews are done to ensure the appropriate data types have been entered in each field. AI recommended values that fall below a defined threshold are flagged for a manual review.

    • Invoice Reviewed

  • The user can easily see the flagged data for review and can update data as needed. Once all changes are made, the invoice can be submitted for approval. ​

    • Invoice Validation

  • Invoices can be manually or auto-approved based on configurable acceptance thresholds. Once approved, the invoice is pushed to the ERP system for posting and payment.
